Re: Power Ent. Supercharger installation Q.

I would find out what I could about the super charger and what lubricant it is rated for. I have known some centrifugal s/c to use engine oil and I used a oil filter sandwich to run my oil line to my turbo. See my thread oil filter sandwiches. Reading the info from the link to rotrex they specifically say to use only there oil and oil system and you want to know what pressure as someone stated before. Also if you are using engine oil you'll need to tap the upper oil pan for a return for the oil. Oil returns should drain above engine crankcase.

Looking at this pic the blower sits pretty high. I think you could also drain into the valve cover if using engine's oil system.

I wouldn't think so, if you look at the fitting at the top that should be the supply the return should be 180 degrees from that maybe if it does use engine oil pull the dipstick assy off and have a tee welded in for a return.

Re: Power Ent. Supercharger installation Q.

Can you post your own picture of your actual supercharger? I've worked with Kraftwork's Fit supercharger kti which actually uses the same Rotrex unit Power Enteprise now uses on the bB kit. If it turns out you have the Rotrex unit I can help you get it installed. The Rotrex unit uses its own oil, and filter seperate from the engine oil.

Where do you get a Power Entry SC for a xB? Is it worth it?
