I need suggestions!

Hey guys! I'm new here! I'm from Montreal so yep that's right: I imported my xB home!! I'm looking to upgrade the exhaust system, that means change the headers, front and down pipe, cat back exhaust. Also, I want to put in a cold air intake system. For now, that's about it! Here are the ideas I have so far for part brands:

Headers: DC Sport
Cat back exhaust line: I would like 3" piping, made by either Magnaflow, TRD, GREDDY, etc..
Cold air: Injen

Now, what I want is your input!! What brands would you suggest? What do you have right under YOUR hood??? And, most importantly: WHERE CAN I GET ALL THAT I WANT!?? Please keep it simple! I looked on ebay and I ain't impressed on what I can find so far!!! I need your help!!!! Thanks in advance fellas(and girls)!!

dont get a 3" pipe, thats way too big for a 1.5L. get a magnaflow. since it will be hard for you ship in parts, buy a muffler and have a shop build you a custom set. as far as intake, go ebay brand unless you want to spend the money.

wait what year do u have? if its a gen2 ignore what i said as i mean this for a classic.

and u posted in the do it yourself section but im sure a mod will move it for u

Humm......My xB is a 2005. What the heck is a gen1 and gen2???? And what's the exact measurements I would need for a Magnaflow exhaust system??? 2.25?? 2.5??

the gen1 is 04-06.5 and the 08 is the new xb or gen 2

most people go with 2.25 piping on the exhaust. no bigger unless ur running forced induction.

all part of being new.

Magnaflow system sold for xB uses 2.25in piping that connects behind Cat Converter. You will need to cut the stock exhaust off to install the Magnaflow midpipe and muffler and that will by the way eliminate the stock resonator.
Stock xB exhaust uses 2in pipe out of the Cat. After the resonator that diameter decreases to something like 1.7in.

Wow! Cool! Thanks for the explanation!! I heard good things about magnaflow exhaust systems. So I need to get myself a magnaflow 2.25" Exhaust system. Where in the heck am I going to find this??? None on ebay!! And what about the headers? The down pipe? The front pipe???............

As far as headers, you got few choises for Gen1 xb. WeaponR is one of them and it showed some dyno proven gains: ScionLife View topic - Weapon-R Secret Weapon versus F5, also 4-2-1 Header Dyno....

Holly CR*P!!!!! I just saw the Scion xA on the Scionlife topic one of you guys sent me, something about some guy named "Brad" and his xA and I FELL IN LOVE WITH THOSE WHEELS!!!! I don't remember being hooked on wheels like that!! If ANYONE can find me the brand and model of those wheels I would forever be grateful....!!!!! PLEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!

Those wheels are Sportmax 504's. Now knows as XXR 504's....

FOR PETE'S SAKE I NEED THOSE WHEELS!!!! 18" if possible but I need them or I will not be able to go on with my life........If anyone can find them for me, I will take care of that person.....cashwise or else!!! I want to rims before 2008 ends. Period.

try a google search for em, i no a lot of online dealers that sell em. search for xxr and ull get results
