| How do you install Headers?? I heard from someone that you have to drop the motor to install the header, is this true?? I didnt think our engine was big enough that we had to pull it out haha Anyone know anything about this? |

| Re: How do you install Headers?? it is a close fit but there is no need to drop the motor thats for sure. i would just suggest getting liquid wrench to ease up the header bolts and the 2 spring bolts where it meets the cat. |

| Re: How do you install Headers?? well i can put in my knowledge , i have the weapon_r 4-2-1 header and im extremely pleased with it.
crappy restricting stock header 
nice and shinny weapon_r header 
color change after install , which is normal  |

| Re: How do you install Headers?? use an impact on the cat bolts. I recently looked up the labor time in a reynolds book and the labor to change an exhaust manifold was about 1 hour. |

wow, that looks really nice!! Now I want one so bad! haha
I'm getting my tail lights blacked out tonight, then my roof rack is going on tomorrow, then I will start looking into a header! |

| Re: How do you install Headers?? Please explain how a bigger tubed header will help a NON turbo/supercharged 1.5L make enough difference to warrant the cost? The stock header has a very nice design and looks like it flows quite nicely.
IMHO, pass on a header for a natural aspirated xB. You won't get enough bang for the buck. Get an axle back exhaust and shortram intake and enjoy. |
