If you have a vacuum leak after the MAFS it will run lean. It's not going to hurt anything, however you will lose power and may have some grumpy running issues with the leak. Use a piece of hose held to your ear and you should be able to find the leak if there is one, search around with the other end the hissing will be easily located.

Ah yes, the crank case vent tube may not be hooked up. Doesn't it plug into the stock airbox somewhere along there?
