Re: gas mileage

It's also worth noting that your odometer reading may be off if you are running slightly shorter diameter tires than oem 185/60-15. You are actually travelling fewer miles than the odo reads.

IIRC, the odo is off to begin with because it is calibrated for JDM OEM 185/65-15 tire diameter.

Re: gas mileage

well, now that i've had my B for 3 months, i saw my mpg float between 27 - 29 with my driving style.....since i put on my SRI, i've filled up twice and both times i got around 31.4...and that's driving it harder than i did before.

Re: gas mileage

What difference does installing a cold air intake make on mileage ? I have a 2006 XB w/auto and got 28-29 mpg on a recent trip. Would spending the $$$ on intake help that much ? Please advise !

Re: gas mileage

pull snorkle off intake box and you'll be doin 32/35 mpg's easy. no reason to buy the intake. get a TRD drop in filter to increase the flow a little bit.
