Wet sand with 400 grit until smooth, then wash well with soft water and let dry. Be careful of the white insulation on the backside cause it will hold the water. Krylon Plastic paint if you're doing it yourself with color and 2 or 3 clears when your satified with the color. Or $25 bucks at a paint and body place.
