Anyone know of some quick and easy power mods?

To get any significant power gains, you'll need to go either nitrous or forced induction (turbo) in order to gain any kind of power gains. You'll get a little from adding a header but not as much unless you get a full header back exhaust.

i want a significant power increase... i might do that though... i heard if i had just a full 3" exhaust it would be a hp gain.. i dont have enough money for turbo *sadface*

Yeah I've heard that also but sadly they don't make a exhaust system like that so you will need to get a shop to make a custom setup which around here in my area runs between $250 and $350.

I wouldn't go 3", you'll end up losing torque. I'd go 2.25" from the cat back. Magnaflow has a nice set-up but it's pricey at $550.

thanks for the input... i contacted raceland.... they said they would look into it and since then they started production on ones for the xd.....

... if they do come out with them im getting em the day they come out

I believe that Magnaflow is 2.25" from the header back.

thanks for the info on that exhaust but thats way too much money for my broke a$$... im gonna look into getting a crank pulley and maybe a header... but i know a guy that can make me a custom dual exhaust for cheap so i might just do that.... and have them come out right before the back tire!!! lol.... thats what i have always wanted!

intake, header, pulley is the order i did mine.
These mods helped a good amount. It no longer feels like im pulling a trailer while going up hills on the highway

Im still running stock exhaust. I have the loud ass shit.

Edit: I hate loud exhaust. lol

Quickest and easiest power increase was to dump the fat girlfriend and start dating a tree hugging, sprout eating, stick girl.
I also save big time on no more steak dinners and no more desserts.
Although I do miss those sweater puppies.

Ive been looking at this tb mod for alittle bit, but im waiting for a few more people to test this out.
