Yeah it is. Mikes (AllianceAutoSport) kit is only around 900 bucks and has a full functional E brake.

Wow, I just saw this thread.....that was me you were parked next to! That Wilwood kit retained the rear parking brake although it didn't really work too well, the stopping force on that kit was INSANE though. Unfortunately my car was rear ended and totalled in May of this year.....the front and rear disks went with the car so there's a wrecked 04' BSP Scion xB out there somewhere still with the Wilwood brakes and rear disk conversion.

Couple pics of my old car, RIP.
