Scionpro: Major Air Ride Tech Innovation!!!

A new sherriff is coming to town through Scionpro.com under our D-2 Motorwerks label. What would you say to an air ride suspension that not only could you adjust the ride hieght for drop upon installation but also have 36 performance enhancing stiffness adjustments at the twist of a wrist! Thats right 36 position performance adjustments for your front xB struts combined with air ride...drop it like its hot, ride it tight on your way to the show, smooth it out for cruisin the blvd. This will be an affordable high quality kit manufactured in Switzerland, a country known for precision engineering. Samples for the Scionpro Taxi are on the way to be tested. The kit will be available for the xA as well as the tC! A first for the tC...those guys and gals will love the performance aspect of this. POST UP... the manufacturer is weighing your response to this to determine if they will enter this market for Scion. They already dominate the European and Japanese Luxury Sedan markets over seas with VIP style rides. Lets get some quality here in the states for air ride!!!!! Scionpro will lead the way.

Is this going to be similar to the Tanabe Cobra Coilover/Bag system?

I am not familiar with that system but I highly doubt that there is a 36 position stiffness adjusting system currently available in the states combined with air ride. Additionally ride height can be adjusted upon installation at the top of the the strut. Give me a link to the Tanbe system so I can check it out and send it to the manufacturer to give me some comparison data. Thanks for the input.

We are aiming for an xB price point under 2000 and a tC price point of 2-2500 dollars for a complete set up.

I would guess fall time depending on how much development needs to be done to create the bracketry for mass production.

Yes it is an all in one. A performance enhancing 36 damper adjustment sytem combined with the coolness of a drop it air ride. You get the best of both worlds.

The system is just an adaptation of an existing system they already have from a version of the xB sold in Europe under a different name. So developement will be quick. Possibly as soon as July.

Re: Scionpro: Major Air Ride Tech Innovation!!!

So who is this company that is producing the product, and any links to products that they now have available for other platforms and the system this is being adapted from? You said they are dominating the European and Japanese luxury scene so any company info/track record would be appreciated. I would hope people would like to look into things before diving into a new product.

I'll be watching this one. If I had the money, I'd totally go for it. I'm with Scotty on this one, I'll be happy to test it out for the company, especially since the roads are pretty rugged out here, they'd know how long it would last in a semi-harsh environment.
