Looks Good But Is The Quality There??? | the lower mount, pillow ball mount and damper adjustment knobs all look like the stuff found on generic taiwan coilovers (omnipower, megan, apexi exv, ksport, d2, etc.) the quality should be fine and work without any issues, but most likely isn't using the best quality dampers. On the flip side, just about every suspension upgrade for our cars use lower end damping so we're not really missing out on anything. |

| Re: Scionpro: Major Air Ride Tech Innovation!!! I did not post the site because it does not have the latest setups on there and the photos I posted were better to look at.
As for the test the way it was mentioned on their site it appears as though it was real world.
Company bio:
Since its founding in 1993, the Swiss company HPS has been focusing on developing and producing air suspensions and exclusively produces pneumatic suspensions for cars.
In 2000, HPS presented itself to the world market as the first manufacturer of pneumatic suspension systems for European vehicles in the Accessories section of the Geneva Automobile Show.
HPS develops suspension components for leading suspension vendors worldwide. HPS suspensions are exported to North America, Australia, Japan and many European countries.
Products:
Each HPS system contains the actual suspension components (pneumatic springs and shock absorbers). These are designed by HPS for each specific vehicle and are manufactured in Switzerland.
The Air Management System is generally independent of the actual suspension. Its only function is to regulate the air pressure in the spring system in order to change vehicle height.
The air management components (tanks, compressors, air management) can be combined from different performance classes. This can be compared to the modular expansion of a car hifi system.
An HPS Air Management System can always be upgraded with additional features (second tank, second compressor, computer panel, etc.).
If you have questions about the company ask away on here and they may chime in with answers or Steve can get them.
Maybe they can update their website or post some more photos of the Scion set up here in this thread. |

| Re: Scionpro: Major Air Ride Tech Innovation!!! I might be interested in those struts...
Depends on the finished product though,
Are they going to be tapered sleeve or double convoluted bags?
Which one of their product lines will this be under: premium, advanced, or pro?
Will struts be available seprately from the complete kit?
Will these be serviceable, or does the whole strut need to be replaced when the air-bag wears out?
I have plenty more questions but these are a start, if they really want to SELL a product and not just make a product they should be releasing some preliminary info to get real feedback on their designs and ideas. |
