| Re: Q's about air suspension RIDE QUALITY !! so are you using the EZ bag conversion on Megan struts?
First off, your dampening is probably too stiff. Turn it down.
Or if your using the Megan coil bag thingy's, change the height of the strut. Make them longer, so you can ride with lower PSI. But 50psi should be rather smooth. |

| Re: Q's about air suspension RIDE QUALITY !! Damn! I run about 10 psi in the rear for my UA bags. 50 would have me at 4x4 status! |

| Re: Q's about air suspension RIDE QUALITY !! 1X 380C vair
2 3gallon tank
universal air coil bag front W/ megan coilover (modifications to the legs to go lower)
universal air air house 2 rear with custom brackets
and done some modifications to the rear suspension swing arm to clear the bags,
This is his air ride set up on his fit....... I am going with you have the dampening set too stiff on the coil overs. Also maybe raise the coil over up a little and run less air pressure. |

| Re: Q's about air suspension RIDE QUALITY !! Its all bolt on unless you go with the Universal Air set up. xb05.
CCE is a good place to go... But try to find a company called Fat Man Fabrications. AKA Big Vic. He has a C10 with 1" valves and shit is legit! I know a few guys that have taken their trucks to him for body dropping, 6link installs, ect ect. Man does great work. He's based out of Louisville I think. So no further than CCE. |

(height wise). The side wall of the tire has more give or cushion to it. The 18"s are low profile. The sidewalls are extremely stiff. They tend not to have any or very little give to them to protect the rim, and to keep the tire from getting pinched in the rim and being blown out, cut, or punctured.
Just remember the term for a heavy woman... More cushion for the pushin!
Oh and with your tires stretched... Even MOAR stiff. Drift cars run the stretched tire for this reason. Not for the look believe it or not. It makes the sidewall even stiffer, and prevents sidewall flex. Which is a enemy of going slideways.

i am at 10-15 right now
if i turn it all the way to 1 or any softer then wat it is now....it would be super bouncy

| Re: Q's about air suspension RIDE QUALITY !! Raise the perches so you can change the amout of air for desirable lift. 30 to 40 pounds should be ideal for about any car. |

| Re: Q's about air suspension RIDE QUALITY !! Then don't complain about the ride quality.
With a set up like yours it goes one of two ways.... Comfort, or Stance. Unless you build a cantilever system in the rear, and a fully custom front, you're not going to get the both of both worlds. Look at Gothbox. He's lost a lot of the comfort features of his cars suspension to get low. Price you gotta pay. |
