Bad CV joint(s) more likely the outer, b the wheel. One easy way to find out: see if the noise can be heard with the steering at full lock and allowing the car to roll slowly.

there is NO noise unless you touch the brake.

I tried turning full lock and rolling around first to check for CV joint issues and wheel bearings

thats what some of the local mechanics checked, i did some google searching and it seems someone in the honda world is having the same kind of problem. He greased the caliper slider pins and it went away, i believe someone mentioned that months ago lol I have just been lazy, so im about to go try that now.
