Yep ES started shipping struts out on Thurs. If you purchased them direct from them I suggest calling them, they might be on there way.

I was told today that they are still back ordered, well I called again later. Lady told me after getting some information and then waiting that mine will be shipping t/m if not the next day. We'll see.

LayedoutxA you are probably caught behind in the testing routine. Every strut before shipping has to be bench tested and they can only do so many at a time.

whitej47 I doubt you will ever see a gen4, I know you were joking, but this is it for their work on the gen 1 xB.

I'm just getting lied to is all, I'm told something different by everyone I speak with. Why the hell would Jeremy say they were shipping monday and he'd get me tracking, but now won't even respond to me! I'm really fed up. I don't care who did what, I've been waiting longer than anyone else!! First come, first serve seriously. If you can't do what you tell me, then give me my old struts back or re-reimburse me the money new ones cost and I'll come up with something else!!

I know how you feel man. I was given the run around etc for weeks and weeks as well.

I had even emailed him tuesday asking if they had been shipped, since he never contacted me like he said he would. I emailed him tues and said I would give him my credit card information if he could ship them overnight! That's how bad I need these struts!

Jeremy still works there he is no longer in sales.

All Scionpro customers have their struts delivered as promised.

I have been waiting around 5 months or so. But considering the issues, I've been waiting since last Tuesday to get mine shipped since others were shipped then and we know that the struts are ready and people have received theirs. I can't get a straight answer, so we'll see.

I was told yesterday tho, that mine would be shipping TODAY for sure, because they were coming back from powder coating. The girl took my email address so that tracking would be sent automatically when they shipped.. Well, that didn't happen. When I called today and spoke to Dave he didn't have a clue about anything, said he would talk to jeremy and asked for my number and would call me back. I waited about 1hr and 30 mins, I called back asked for Dave. I said " Hey, this is ....., Have you talked to Jeremy yet?" He was like "........ uhh oh the scion struts" YUP!!! then he had me hold and came back a few mins later and said jeremy was going to talk to the production manager and he had my number.

Well nothing yet, maybe t/m doubt it!

I received a tracking number today. I had an email this morning from Jeremy stating he will personally see that my struts ship today. wouldn't believe it until I see it, well it says they'll be here tuesday! I cannot wait!!! He also promised me a little something for all the trouble I've been thru. Everything with them is great with me! They've taken care of me, slowly but surely!!!
