Body Drop on 20's

Well here is said pics for ya ... The only mod to the xB that was done is removing the plastic inner fender well. With the proper air bag set up and the right offset 20" wheels anything is possible. Also, the back is usually lower, but in this pic I still had the stock shocks in place, which prevented the rear from going lower. Enjoy ...

why would you want to be able to drive even when all the way down.

The goal to body dropping is to hit pavement! Maybe a little drivablitly, but that usually envolves a trail of sparks behind it.

Again i would love to ask the thread starter to change the header cuz there is no such thing as a body drop on a "UNIBODY" chassis. Its not a body on frame like truck.

Easystreet built (and sold last year) a 2004 Cavalier that was body dropped.

They built a tube chassis to go under it. This allowed them to do cantaliver rears, with the cavalier strut bags up front. Unlike the scion's the cavalier bag kits looked like this:

The sleeve bag was the rear.

Now, I like the fact that scion's don't do the coil over in the back just for the reason of bagging. Give you a better ride, and allows you to be more creative with your rear set up. Also, that you don't have to tub the doors to lay out is nice to. lol.

But when he's got no metal left on the bottom, i don't feel sorry for him. I feel happy for him! lol. But i will always use blocks on fwd. Just up front, so you can't see them when your driving. and the blocks we use, are cast iron, so they are bright ass orange. lol
