Wheel shopping need some opinions please!

sup fellas i currently i am in the process of wheel shopping for the bb i dont have much money since i am saving up to buy a house soon so i am planning on getting a set of rotas :facepalm: yes i know its rotas but hey its better than what i have now...so here is a current picture of my car....

ok here are the two wheels i want to get...yes they are copies of the work wheels but hey its better than what i have now. i really want the black with cherry red lip due to my BOP bb but i just other members input as well...thx in advance!

thats what i was thinking...plus down here in south florida they arent that many riding around...plus my jdm illuminated plate gains me attention anywayz...i was thinking of getting the first set then down the line color matching the center to the factory color BOP

you have sportmax tony. everybody and their momma has sportmax. but anyways. id go with the 2nd choice too, just plain clean. first one's color looks god awful.

i am closer to getting the black with cherry red lip i found on honda-tech $542 shipped 15 x 8 +10 offset with metal hud centric rings...

keep saving and get legit wheels. please dont get rotas, they arent made with quality or saftey in mind. i wouldnt want to hear of another xB owner getting into a big accident from the rim snapping off the hub =(

Ultimately, it's your car, buy what makes you happy. Isn't the Scion mantra that the owners customize their cars to make them their OWN personal statement?

And yes, Rotas and Sportmax are everywhere and are imitations. With that said, I, like many, have Sportmax cause they're within my budget and my ride is a daily driver not a trailer queen. Plus, I'd either destroy the legit rims two seconds after I installed them due to NorCal roads or they'd get jacked from the shi#$ neighborhood I live in. So even though I do lust after some hella rare JDM goodness, it's not practical and it's my car after all and I do like the look, so what I'm trying to get across as I ramble on is buy what makes you happy and tell the nay sayers to f___ off!
