you have to have a broker that will bid for you. It usually takes a deposit to bid then if you win the auction you pay for their services, shipping to there place of business then shipping state side. This usually makes the price almost double. Those wheels new would retail for $300-$500 each new. I use a broker that will ship through EMS only, you would have to inquire from them if these could ship that way. ive only seen this type of wheel on OG tony's tcm back in the day. they look so nice. i think "rookie" from balliztik with the zebra print interior has them wheels on too. it used to be xbcreeps. | |

All the rules/directions/costs are posted/linked on there main site. Just read everything on the links its really easy 
click on all the links in the red stripe at the top of there page and read the info
