I use to do it without the relay, but its so much better with it. All you have to do is hook it to something that turns on with the head lights. In the picture they have it shown as the fuse block. I choose the dimmer switch to the left of the steering wheel. Don't be intimidated by wiring, it will all make sense when everything is laid out. If you want to be sure, wiring things outside of your car first before trying to run the wires in and out through your firewall and stuff.

here is a pic of my fog light. This is an old pic of when i hit a deer. The inserts were taken out and the fog lights were put in their place.

Note: these are not the lights i mention above. I since hit a cone shattering one side, and replaced them with the golden ones i have now.

You should get it! Can't beat $20 mod, man. The one in the pic had the yellow in the glass, with kinda a puplelish tie die effect. But those may have been discontinued. After i hit a cone, i replaced it with ones with gold reflectors. They were almost the same ones, but the glass is clear. If you have trouble finding them, they'll be on the bottom shelf, cause there the cheapest foglights there!

I still have the one the cone didnt shatter, dont know what to do with it.
