2 years ago my friend got a suzuki sx4 hatch and he has a system called SmartPass where every time he gets near the car it doesn't require him to take out his key and open the door OR to turn the ignition. Did the smart key system ever some out for the gen 1's or can one install a system like this????

I know that the Prius has this system. I do not know it the cost would justify the work involved to do this. But great ?
