We have a MOTM on my clubs forums. Usually someone posts a pic for a nominee and everyone votes yes or no. Usually if someone does something really unique, they're guaranteed MOTM, lol | |

I'm all for it. But to keep from getting 100 nominees a month from members, the moderators should each nominate one, then let the members vote on those. Make it a voting pool. Then once someone wins, they cannot be renominated for a year or so.
And yeah, maybe a picture link on each page under the sponsors banner would be a good idea too. | |
