| Re: My xB caught fire today well, since you had after market spring on it, it caused a fire under the dash through the speedo , had you gone with TRD springs and had them installed at the dealer, it would have been covered....thats scion for ya, lmao....
good Q on them...recall soon?? idk.if you had all stock under the dash, id go after them to see whats up!! |

| Re: My xB caught fire today I think your insurance would cover the loss now, and then they'll go after toyota to recover their loss. Either way, you should be golden. I'm digging out my chrome extiguisher i had in my Jeep, don't want to be crispy. |

| Re: My xB caught fire today here's a good question...
did you have the AUX port down near the handbreak for iPods and such?
if so, i'm starting to think that everyone who is using this setup "from the dealer" should have a second look at the quality of the install. i'm wondering if this is where alot of the dash centered fires are comming from concidering alot of them seem to be nearly stock setups... i barely notice many heavily modified setups being fire victums due to the wiring done properly. |

I found that out when I went and checked out the Electric Wasabi xD. And I also installed a set in my xB and they are fed from the cigarette lighter. |
