| Help me please So i got I ticket the other day and I need some help getting around it. If anyone knows a friend in the service Id be really appreciative in getting his john hancock to get my "fix it" ticket fixed.....

| Re: Help me please Fight it. What state are you in? If your exhaust is lower than 95 db, its street legal. Take it to a ref, get it tested. If it passes, throw it in their faces and keep on boxin'. Don't waste your time going to court either if its required. File a Trial by Declaration. You'll have to pay your "bail", but once you submit your Referee paperwork with the TBD, you'll get it back.

| Re: Help me please I don't think you can trial by dec. a fix it ticket. Worse comes to worse throw on a stock exhaust and go to a chp station and they sign it off for free. |

| Re: Help me please Ive gotten like 2 of those.. I had to make an appt. to get the db's checked by a state referee.. but if there's no refs right now cus of the budget cuts, imma slap my exhaust back on... im tired of stock lol...
Not to threadjack Dooby, but if someone gets a exhaust ticket and there's no refs right now, how can the ticket get signed off?? |

Kinda dumb, getting a fix it ticket that you cant fix lol. |

| Re: Help me please As far as I know they don't add up or go on your record. This is coming from my same friend who has a family friend on the force. He has his HKS back on since there is no way to sign off his ticket. Maybe someone else has more info on fix-it-ticks. |
