As for the girlfriend, whenever someone gets angry, it always has some underlying issues to it. She called you "inconsiderate" which means not sensitive to her needs in her eyes. This is where the discussion has to be centered. Sometimes anger comes from hurt, take her someplace special to discuss it

you know you can't ask for help here... everyone has a different relationship married or not... for example, I am not married, but i've been with my girlfriend for 5 years, and after a year we knew it was a forever thing... now I obviously know that since I plan on getting married to her, she is my partner and has 50% say in everything I spend our money on...

perhaps your lady is disappointed because maybe you have bills that need to be paid, or maybe you haven't taken her out... whatever the situation you should have respect for her and what she wants... remember that you're only going to have your car and rims for so long, but your relationship with your lady could last the next 50-60 years... so why **** it up?

tell her you're sorry, tell her that you'll get her input before making purchases like that, take her to dinner, buy her flowers, and give her a few hundred to make herself feel better... the only thing that is worse than a stock car is an upset girlfriend... remember that!
