DIY 2nd Gen Door Panel and Mirrior R&R

The first screw is in the door handle pocket:

Pull up on the assembly and remove the wiring:

Next you have to remove the plastic piece behind the door handle to find the next screw:

Pull out the tweeter triangle and remove the wiring:

Next grab the door from the bottom, you'll feel an area for your hand, and pull from the bottom up. These doors are tight on there with the clips but they come loose. Watch the wiring at the top and watch where all of the white clips go if any decide to pop off when you take the panel off:

Don't pull the door all the way off, you're not done yet, here's the door handle which is now clipped to the door:

Pull down and twist it out and you can remove the panel:


If you want to take the mirror off, un clip the wiring here and remove the three 10mm bolts:

anyone have any close up shots on the speaker? I am looking to put some LED's in the speaker but wanna see what everything looks like on the inside.
