this DIY is for those people who had lost the lower grille piece when they hit the bumper lip. here is one of the way not to lose your grille piece again on the road...
About this DIY:
Time from start to finish:
15-30min (I was taking my time, double checking, and taking pictures)
Level of difficulty in 1-10 range (where 1 stands for easy and 10 stands for extremely hard):

now, on to DIY...
the picture shows that the driver's lower piece grille is attached to the bumper, but the passenger's side isnt.
Stuff you'll need:
1 long and 1 short zip ties.
jack and jack stands.
fingers.
first, left up the car and put some jack stands.
then use a drill (i dont have a drill, so i used the dremel). make sure it could fit the small zip tie that you're going to use.
then
carefully drill the plastic piece (2 holes) like so...
then use the small zip tie and tie it to the piece as shown in the picture.
dont tighten it.
then put the grille into the bumper. here is a pic looking up my bumper.
next, you're going to use a longer zip tie to tie the plastic to the zip tie that is on the grille piece.

this is what it looks like when you're trying to pull the grille out. it wont come off.
you can see the zip tie...
i know some of you guys think that this is a ghetto modification. but i think it will work.
