Tools needed
12mm Socket and wrench
9/16" socket and wrench
Pry bar (or Reel big screw driver)
Jack
Pack of smokes (or beer, or both)
4" long Grade 8 Bolt (Qty 2)
Energy Suspension End Link Bushings/washers
Nylon nut (Qty 2)
adjustable wrench
Time 30minutes to 1 hour (pending your skill level)
It is important to keep the suspension loaded during removal/install. If not, you will not tighten the bar to its proper location.
Work one side at a time
Remove the stabilizer bar end links bolts. There are 2 bolts. 1 top, 1 bottom. Remove the top by holding the bottom in place with a 12mm wrench. When removing the bottom bolt, use a adjustable wrench to hold the nut that is made into the stabilizer bar link. It is right bellow the rubber bushing on the stabilizer bar side.
Once you remove both nuts, remove the OEM bushings.
After bushings are removed, Use a jack to take some of the weight off the vehicle. Doing this will allow the stabilizer bar to raise up some.
Next take your pry bar and use it to pry the stabilizer bar upward on the ends. Be careful not to pry against your axle/tie rod ends. That could be damaging.
Once your factory link is removed from prying the stabilizer bar up, you want to set up your new links.
You well now take your 4" long bolt and assemble them in this order (from bottom to top, as the bolt passes threw the control arm and stabilizer bar): Bolt, Washer, Bushing (flat end facing ground), Control arm, Bushing (flat end facing hood of car), washer, washer, bushing (flat facing ground), stabilizer bar, bushing (flat facing hood), washer, nylon nut.
Should look just like this:
Next take weight off the car by lowering the jack so that the suspension re compresses. Then tighten your bolts down just enough so that the bushings slightly start to bulge out (13ft lbs of torque)
Stop, smoke (drink or both),
Catch up on any missed text messages or calls
Repeat all the steps for the other side. Enjoy the ride.

Which do you trust?
Doing this has improved my body roll. There is now less, and the car hugs threw the turns nicely. Added about 10mph to my entering speed in a few turns, safely. Of course, I am already on a tight stiff suspension. BUT it will improve your factory ride as well!
