| Re: New Site Theme!!! Just so some of you will stop bagging on those of us who are not thrilled with the green, color effects your mood and it is also seen differently by different people. Some of us do not focus as well with the green in the background and it makes it more difficult to read. (insert old farts here if you want)
The ability to change it back to black and white is fine but Dave isn't going to continue updating that theme and it will go away at some point.
Cut us some slack will ya? |

| Re: New Site Theme!!! The green in and of itself is not a bad color to use, heck, my blog, http://tijil.org/blog/ , is done in a green theme, just much more muted than the vibrant yellow-greens in use here. If this were done in variations of the Scion camo color, it would be OK, at least as far as irritation.
One may want an "exciting" and "vibrant" color scheme for the website - then again, maybe not. Possibly some of the reason "Site X" is more aggressive in it's posts is their background color...
Thing is, this sort of green is a psychologically annoying color for many people. To keep the tenor of the posts on an even keel, a more soothing color just might be a better choice.
(BTW, not trying to refer people to the competition, but some folks over there use an alternative URL to read posts because it is more comfortable...)
For example: http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=170034 http://www.toyotalife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=170034
The second "look" is much calmer... |

| Re: New Site Theme!!! sorry not one here on my browser (using mozilla). Should I log of and then log back in.
I know where its supposed to be because I used it to change to the old theme, but not there for me anymore. Am I the only one?
All I see is posting rules at the bottom.
Also went to the control panel and the option to change back is missing.
